Following a consultation to determine what level of reporting you require, we will create a questionnaire to capture the results required, and can include capture of such essentials as availability, product visibility, share of space and competitor activity.
We will deploy an experienced field representative into the store to complete the checks promptly and professionally.
We have two different approaches to auditing:
- Mystery shop audit. This is an unannounced audit and we will report whether the retailer has implemented what has been agreed with your brand, providing photographs wherever possible. If the client has requested a mystery shopper, we will only complete the audit but take no actions to enforce compliance or rectify errors on the spot.
- Announced audit. We’ll perform on site checks of your products in-store, taking in main fixture, feature display and warehouse stock. If we notice any issues, such as poor visibility or gaps on shelf, we’ll take action to rectify problems and improve compliance. We also provide extensive photography to evidence our findings and evidence the interventions made.
