Stock and Inventory Rectification
Our data-driven stock and inventory solutions ensure retailers don’t run out of your best-selling items. We’ll help maximise sales and increase availability for your brand, by reducing out-of-stocks and improving visibility in-store.
What is Stock and Inventory Rectification?
Out-of-stocks and availability gaps in-store can be catastrophic for brands, causing lost sales and reducing brand loyalty. That’s because customers will go elsewhere if they can’t find the product they want, leading them straight into the hands of your competitors.
What’s the solution?
To ensure your brand doesn’t suffer from lost sales, you’ll need Stock and Inventory Rectification. This service will help reduce out-of-stocks, by optimising on-shelf availability, visibility and minimise inventory issues.
How Logobrand can help your brand maximise sales in store and rectify stock issues
Logobrand’s Stock and Inventory Rectification service involves using retailer EPOS data to identify issues in store with stock and inventory that might be causing lost sales. This is a sure-fire way to get to the root cause of lost sales and resolve them immediately.
Equipped with intelligent insights and information, our committed field teams will have everything they need to fix any problems in store.
Field representatives will be deployed to the stores that need our resource the most, working with store colleagues to ensure any required rectifications on the retailer’s system are actioned quickly and efficiently. Rectifications ensure that if stock falls below that level, the capacity, the system automatically allocates more stock to the store.
As a result, your brand will benefit from fewer out of stocks, increased sales and your consumers will remain happy, with all their favourite products stocked up in store.

What is it? – definition of the service
We use retailer EPOS intelligently to identify where store systems may have errors and may not reflect actual stock in store
What’s involved?
Using daily retailer EPOS, Availability Manager can identify issues such as book stock errors (where system stock does not match physical stock in store), capacity issues (in Asda only, where system capacities are not set sufficiently high to support rate of sale), or out of stocks. We can equip our field team with the information so they can highlight to their store contacts to undertake any required rectification on the retailer’s system.
A capacity is set by the retailer – effectively this is the point where if stock falls below that level, the system automatically allocates more stock to the store
How does it help your client?
Reduces out of stocks, improves availability, increases sales
What are the outcomes?
Increased sales, improved availability
