Meet Cath: The Data Whisperer
Cath’s journey to the D&I Team is a tale of evolution and passion. With over 15 years at Logobrand under her belt, Cath’s background might surprise you. Cath refers to her career before Logobrand simply as ‘BL’, where she worked in the world of blue-collar industries before making her shift to the bustling realm of field sales. Cath’s career trajectory is a testament to her adaptability and thirst for knowledge. Starting as an account manager and navigating through various roles, including Operations Director, Cath’s love affair with data led her to her current role as Head of Data Science. Her knack for unravelling the stories hidden within data sets and her commitment to nurturing talent make her an invaluable asset to the Logobrand family. 

Introducing Sam: The Insight Alchemist
Sam’s journey is a testament to Logobrand’s dedication to fostering development: Starting 8 years ago as an Account Executive with no industry experience, Sam’s meteoric rise within the company is nothing short of inspirational. Through dedication and a hunger for problem-solving, Sam quickly climbed the ranks, and after a gentle nudge in the right direction from Sally (Managing Director) she eventually found her calling within the D&I Team. Armed with her newfound passion for data analysis and a Level 4 Data Analyst qualification in tow, Sam embodies the spirit of growth and evolution that defines Logobrand’s culture. 

Fuelling the Fire of Innovation
The D&I Team isn’t just crunching numbers; they’re driving tangible change within Logobrand. By collaborating closely with the commercial and operations teams, Cath and Sam play a pivotal role in shaping field sales strategies and deciphering the wealth of data that flows through our veins. A lesser known role D&I fulfil is supporting colleagues with pastoral care: Cath recalls ‘From mentoring to masterclasses we use our many years of experience to help colleagues upskill and become the best version of themselves they can be.’ But it doesn’t end there: Sam is responsible for crafting comprehensive quarterly insights reports to provide ‘our point of view and what this means for brands and how Logobrand can help.’ Their impact reverberates throughout the organization. At Logobrand, it’s not just about numbers; it’s about empowering individuals to reach their full potential and fostering a culture of continuous growth.
