National Field Manager
Job description
Logobrand Field Marketing Ltd is searching for a tenacious, client-focused, National Field Manager to support our field team and client/s.
We are expanding our field team support across some of the UK's top FMCG brands, is this your next challenge?
As a National Field Manager, you:
- Are responsible for leading, managing, developing and motivating a team to drive added value from every visit
- Create excellent relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop a common vision and purpose for the team aligned to our clients needs and overall company strategy
- Deliver client KPIs each month
- Keep up to date of trends, news and information concerning the industry and market
- Are responsible for leading team meetings to discuss results, provide training and give direction to exceed results
- Will manage day to day communication with key stakeholders
- Will manage the delivery of agreed field retail performance standards, procedures and systems, ensuring that deadlines are met and all company policies are adhered to
- Are responsible for regular analysis of team performance in conjunction with data insights and production of weekly and monthly reports
- Will conduct high profile store visits with the client to maximise opportunities
- Will receive full training and ongoing support to enable you to fulfil the role to your best potential
- Will have held a full, clean manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months

Senior Account Manager
Job Description
Logobrand Field Marketing Ltd is an award winning FMCG sales agency, supporting some of the largest UK FMCG brands.
We continue to grow and are seeking out an exceptional Senior Account Manager to help us drive the account and relationship forwards.
Summary of Position:
Managing the relationship with Logobrand clients at a senior and strategic level. Identifying and developing business opportunities with existing clients, and also working on new business opportunities. Responsible for maintaining existing budgets and delivering stretch target growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Management & maximizing client’s budgets and consistent progress reporting
- Delivering incremental business and opportunities to existing clients
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities in prospective clients
- Compilation & communication of briefs & reporting requirements
- Engaging with operations to ensure field team is fit for purpose and territory coverage maintained
- Meeting & communicating with clients, presenting business updates
- Maintaining positive client relationships and contacts
- Managing projects team members and developing them within Logobrand
- Understanding, analyzing, and reporting client data, highlighting key facts to the client
- Leading morning team meetings & leading by example with the commercial team
- Driving the strategic agenda for their clients
- Reporting key metrics at Management Meetings
- Keeping the BUD informed of client relationship status, activity and issues. Preparation of SLT reports
- Establishing and developing a network of contacts within clients
- Creating, developing, and delivery Key Account Strategies for existing clients
- Ensuring client's activities /issues are delivered/dealt with in a timely& efficient manner
Secondary Responsibilities
- Proposing process & system enhancements to drive efficiency and a more cost-effective business
- Specific projects/management responsibilities as directed by the Business Unit Director
Job Requirements - Personal Specification
- Qualifications & Training– Educated to A level. Must have GCSE Maths at Grade C level or above.
- Computer literate
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience– Key Account management – Min 3 years
- Financial planning and management.
- FMCG or Retailer Experience with a Manufacturer, Retailer, or Agency – Min 2 years
- Proven track record in maintaining and developing client accounts/budgets
- Qualities and Attitude– Well-organized, good team player, problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

iOS Developer – Commercially Experienced Junior or Senior Level
Job Description
We are looking for an iOS developer to join our team. We develop custom apps for internal company use (400+ users per app) and for the use of our blue chip customers. We work with some of the UK's biggest FMCG brands like Pepsi, Kenco, Wrigley and General Mills to name a few.
This role is fully remote with a requirement to visit our Nottingham offices 4/5 times a year.
The role could Part-Time (4 days) to Full-Time per week.
You would be working in a team with another iOS developer, API developers, visual designer and testers. We collaborate to create new designs and features.
You will be involved in development, code optimization, bug fixing and releasing the custom apps on AppStore.
Development for any new applications will use SwiftUI but we also support and maintain our existing UIKit apps. Our aim is to upgrade those to SwiftUI in the near future.
We use Bitbucket for version control.

- Proficiency in both Objective-C and Swift
- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
- Extensive experience with CoreData and data migration

Logobrand are currently expanding their team of Field Merchandisers and we are offering a 12-month fixed term contract, 40 hours a week to cover the Zone 1 area in London.
This is an exciting time to join Logobrand, as the company's growth has accelerated in the last two years. What are your responsibilities as a Regional Field Merchandiser?
- Ensuring our clients have the correct space & visibility in store
- Replenishing shelves and carry out audits in the supermarkets
