Summary of Position:
Logobrand is one of the UK’s leading field marketing agencies, supporting some of the biggest global brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-growing team, working with some of Britain’s best loved brands, such as Kenco, Britvic, Haribo, Moët Hennessy and Tassimo. We love to promote from within and many of our senior team joined us as Account Executives, who play a key role in:
- Supporting the Account Managers to develop and grow relationships with our valued clients
- Working with the Account Managers, clients, and internal teams to ensure objectives are met and all personal and business KPI and financial targets are achieved
- Ensuring our clients and field colleagues are equipped with clear and concise briefing and reporting tools to deliver best-in-class activity results
Primary Responsibilities
- Live and breathe Logobrand’s values in every aspect of the role
- Be the first point of contact for client/activity specific enquiries from field colleagues
- Play a key role in managing client activities within KPIs:
- Job and visit creation
- Field briefing (written and/or video) and results capture design, ensuring activity objectives are met
- Reviewing and validating results and photographs
- Taking any relevant actions and providing timely feedback to the Account Managers, client and field team as activities go live
- Preparing activity reports
- Be confident liaising day-to-day with client contacts and Logobrand colleagues
- Conduct regular store visits, both to test effectiveness of the briefing process and to pro-actively build channel and retailer awareness
- Understand and contribute to our ‘So What’ learnings; learn to analyse and report against client and in-store captured data, highlighting findings, trends & recommendations for future strategies
- Contribute to regular communication with clients; updates on activities and Logobrand ways of working, campaign recommendations, how to ‘do it better’
- Proactively support the identification of new opportunities for both clients and the wider Logobrand business
- Support the Account Managers to ensure regular client review meetings are scheduled, manage client budgets, retain and develop relationships and strategy
- Take ownership of personal development plan, in line with both personal and business objectives
Secondary Responsibilities
- General office administration duties
- Play a key role in onboarding, coaching and retention of junior staff
Person Specification
