Here are some of the incredible achievements that got us noticed in five categories at the FMBE Awards…
With most field sales agencies jumping on the bandwagon and now claiming to be data experts, it’s interesting that there were only 2 agencies shortlisted for an award for this competency in our industry awards, of course, Logobrand is one of them! ( the average is approx. 6 entries shortlisted)
We have long claimed to be the true data experts in our field and our entry this year showcases how we have supported Britvic Soft Drinks in the Food to Go Category which was massively negatively impacted by lockdown, with sales on average down by 70% YOY.
Our strategy was a unique and innovative new way of utilising data to identify and exploit issues and opportunities at point of purchase and provide critical care that was cost-effective. We drove availability and rate of sale by almost 30% across the portfolio and gained vital market share in the category at a key time when recovery was of paramount importance.
Most Effective Instore Marketing
This award entry focuses on a support campaign to maximise the opportunity of new listings as part of a range review in Morrisons for Haribo.
With an extremely limited budget, we were able to provide vital support to stretched store staff to improve compliance availability from 46% to 90%. Not only were we able to prove that targeted support using real-time data not only massively drives availability compliance, but also has a huge impact on the rate of sale.
Tactical – ROI and Service Led
We have 2 entries shortlisted in this category. Our Haribo entry is all about the ROI and how we have delivered 186% of an extremely tough ROI target in the multiple grocers using a hybrid model of a fixed and flexible team coupled with real-time data and insights.
For our Britvic entry, it is all about the service. Our demonstration of a truly collaborative relationship that allows us to continually review and evaluate challenges and issues and collectively deliver exciting new solutions to remain a step ahead of the competition. We are seen as true innovators in our industry.
Connectivity Award & Special Award: Virtual Events and Demos
Launching and training a new field team of 70 heads for our DIY channel team for Henkel during lockdown was a challenge that Logobrand truly rose to. Our rapid reaction and adaptation brought about the virtual event in August that is still being talked about today!
Our investment in capability and equipment coupled with our innovative and creative thinking allowed us to deliver a professional, engaging, comprehensive virtual conference fully produced in house that has already revolutionised the way that we engage and train our nationwide teams, delivering a cost-effective and innovative solution for our clients.
