Support for New Client Account General Mills – Meet Alexei
Meet Alexei, another of our wonderful new Account Executives!
After working as an Account Executive for a large pharmaceutical printing firm for 12 years, Alexei was sadly made redundant in 2020. While far from ideal, this gave Alexei a chance to change the course of his career – although the best path wasn’t immediately clear.
“I spent the next year or so in a state of limbo as to what I wanted to do next in life, and found myself in jobs that just felt like I was treading water.”
But during his time at the printing firm, Alexei had nurtured a keen interest in brand awareness and buyer psychology. This interest eventually directed his attention to Logobrand; he saw a role for which big business brand awareness was the aim of the game. Coupled with the prospect of meeting many colleagues in a large field network, the role had his interest thoroughly piqued.
“I was even more keen to work for Logobrand after meeting Neil, Amanda and Jimmy in my interviews. I got a really positive vibe from the interviews and the location of the office was fantastic!”
It was an easy hire, and Alexei immediately landed on two feet, working on some major accounts and getting to know the field team on both a personal and business level.
“The friendliness of my colleagues has been amazing and I feel like I have found a job that I wake up and look forward to coming into work. I have loved seeing some of the field team develop with the feedback I’ve given and see their visits get better each time. That feels really rewarding.”
Alexei’s passion is second to none. He works fantastically well as part of a team, and we’re excited to continue watching his experience and expertise in action.
Redundancies are never easy, but we’d say that particular one worked out pretty well – hopefully Alexei agrees!
“I’m really looking forward to building my relationships with colleagues and clients alike. I feel there’s so many possibilities in the company to develop and so many brilliant people that can help me improve. I’m looking forward to the future here!”
