1. Responsibility

Responsibility for implementing this policy sits with the Executive Leadership Team. A designated CSR Lead will oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of CSR initiatives and will report progress annually to the Board.

CSR performance will be reviewed at least annually and incorporated into strategic planning processes, allowing us to build and publish an annual CSR performance summary outlining key metrics, progress against targets and areas for improvement.

2. Introduction

As one of the UK’s leading independent field marketing service agencies, Logobrand puts ethical working, human rights, as well as social, economic and environmental impact at the heart of how we do business.

We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption and unethical business conduct. Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns through confidential whistleblowing channels.

We are committed to ensuring that we consider the social, economic and environmental impact of our business undertakings, and that our actions and decisions reflect our core values.

We aim to exceed our legislative obligations and, where these obligations are silent, Logobrand will endeavour to deliver against sector best practice across all areas including (but not limited to) the:

  • Delivery of our Services
  • Procurement of our Suppliers
  • Recruitment and Engagement of our Workforce, and
  • Impact of our Operations on others

3. Social Value

We are committed to being a leader in social value and want our staff, customers and stakeholders to be confident that we are a values-led organisation which actively seeks opportunities and solutions which strive to deliver real social value benefits, enhance employee welfare, and focus on ethical business practices.

We will do this by (but not limited to):

  • Listening to our customers, understanding their needs and learning from other organisations
  • Reviewing our current services and business practices to identify social value opportunities
  • Minimising our carbon footprint
  • Supporting charitable initiatives which align with our values
  • Adhering to ‘fair competition’ practices within our industry
  • Ensuring compliance with and education of our workforce on policies which are in accordance with (not exhaustive) Bribery Act 2010, Equality Act 2010, Health & Safety Act 1974, Environment Protection Act 1990, and Climate Change Act 2008
  • Developing an EVP which continues to build on our strong focus on employee wellbeing, development and engagement
  • Adopting strong governance and risk management practices
  • Using technology to improve outcomes for our customers and enhance the working environment for our staff
  • Continuously review our supply chains to ensure they comply with ethical standards and the Modern Slavery Act 2015

4. Measurement

We will ensure that our approach leaves a positive social, economic and environmental legacy by monitoring our:

  • Operations to check for social value delivery in practice, and
  • Commercial arrangements to check that we stay up to date with emerging policy and best practice

As a technology led business, Logobrand goes beyond feedback from those involved in, receiving, or impacted by our services, actively seeking new ways to measure our impact to ensure we have a positive contribution for our people, environment and community.

From 2027, we will set and publish measurable environmental and social impact targets and review progress annually.
