At Logobrand, we believe that the strength of our organisation comes from the diversity of people, experiences and perspectives within it.

As a UK-based field marketing company, we work with colleagues, clients and consumers across a wide range of communities, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone is respected, valued and able to succeed. While our policies and practices align with the principles of the Equality Act 2010, our approach to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) goes beyond legal compliance.

We recognise that diversity is not limited to protected characteristics.

People bring perspectives shaped by culture, lived experience, neurodiversity, education, social and economic background, and personal journeys. These different viewpoints strengthen our organisation and enable us to better understand the diverse audiences we engage with through our work.

In field marketing, our people represent brands directly within communities across the UK. A workforce that reflects different perspectives helps us connect authentically with consumers, encourages creative thinking and drives innovation in how we deliver campaigns for our clients.

Central to our approach is belonging.

We want everyone who works with us to feel that they are welcomed, valued and able to be their authentic selves. Belonging means creating an environment where people feel safe to contribute ideas, share perspectives and challenge thinking, knowing their voices will be heard and respected.

Our commitment to DEIB is not limited to policy documents. We aim for it to be visible and tangible throughout the entire employee experience - from the application process, through recruitment and induction, and into the everyday ways in which we work together and support each other.

It should shape "how we do things" across our organisation.

We are committed to:

  • Promoting fair, inclusive and accessible recruitment, development and progression opportunities
  • Creating a culture where people feel respected, heard and able to contribute as their authentic selves
  • Recognising and supporting different ways of thinking and working, including neurodiversity
  • Valuing the perspectives that come from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds
  • Ensuring our field teams engage respectfully and inclusively with the communities they represent
  • Continuously reviewing our policies, behaviours and practices to improve representation, accessibility and inclusion

We are currently developing our first formal Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) strategy, which will set out our long-term commitments, priorities and measurable actions. Our aim is to launch this strategy in January 2027.

Through this strategy, we intend to move DEIB from being seen as a niche or specialist activity to something that is embedded across the whole organisation - where everyone has a role to play, where everyone feels they belong, and where diverse perspectives are actively encouraged.

By embedding DEIB across our business, we aim to create innovative, sustainable and accessible solutions for our clients while building a truly inclusive environment where our employees can grow, contribute and thrive.
